Can I order a ticket online?
Yes, tickets can be purchased online. If your internet service provider is located in the province of Ontario and you are 18 years of age or older, log on to www.weallwin.ca and follow the user-friendly directions.
Complete the online order form using a full mailing address, not a P.O. box number. Once your payment has been successfully cleared, you will receive notification by e-mail and a purchase confirmation number. This is not the official ticket number that will be entered in the draws. The official ticket will be mailed to you within 10-15 business days.
Where can I buy a ticket?
Tickets will also be sold at branches of Scotiabank, CIBC, RBC Royal Bank, BMO Bank of Montreal, National Bank of Canada, TD Canada Trust. Tickets may also be purchased at the Guildcrest Grand Prize Cottage located in the parking lot of La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries at Cyrville and Innes Roads or by calling The Ottawa Hospital & CHEO Lottery Line at 613-730-4946 or 1-877-730- 4946.
Tickets are also on sale at the CHEO gift shop and at the reception desk at the CHEO Foundation. The Lottery information brochure includes a mail in order form. You can purchase your ticket using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Debit Card (at the grand prize cottage) or cheques (not post dated). For security reasons, we do not accept cash for purchases at the cottage location.

When I purchase a 3 pack, do all tickets have to be in the same name?
Yes, if purchasing a 3 pack all tickets must be issued to the same person (same name and address). The same names must appear on all tickets in the 3 pack. The ticket will be mailed to the primary holder.
Are the ticket numbers in a 3 pack sequential?
Yes, all three tickets will be issued in sequential order – no exceptions. Ticket numbers are computer-generated in sequential order for control purposes.
Are group purchases permitted?
Yes, group purchases are permitted; however, a maximum of three names can appear on the tickets. Group members must work out the details of payment and prize collection among themselves. If the group is larger, we suggest providing one name and the size of the group, e.g. Jane Doe and group of 9. The CHEO Foundation, The Ottawa Hospital Foundation and KPMG will play no role in settling any disputes relating to group purchases. All prizes will be awarded in the name of the primary ticket holder, which is the first name appearing on the ticket.
Ticket numbers are issued consecutively without exception.
How do I receive my official ticket?
You will receive your ticket in the mail within 15 working days from the time of placing your order. If you have not received your ticket, you may contact KPMG LLP at 613-212-3650.

When and where will the winning tickets be drawn?
The Early Bird Draw will consist of 2,505 draws beginning on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the offices of KPMG LLP, 160 Elgin St., Suite 2000, Ottawa, Ontario starting at 10 a.m. where 2,500 tickets will be drawn, each receiving a bonus ticket worth $100. All 2,500 tickets will be returned to the drum prior to the Early Bird Grand Prize draw. On Thursday, June 23, 2011 (5) tickets will be drawn for the Early Bird Prize vehicle prizes worth $128,905 in total at the offices of KPMG between11 a.m. and noon. The draw will be shown during the CTV Ottawa News at Noon between noon and 1 p.m. The final deadline for Early Bird ticket sales is midnight Friday, May 20.

The Final Draw will consist of 2,332 draws beginning on Wednesday, July 6, 2011 at the offices of KPMG LLP, 160 Elgin St., Suite 2000, Ottawa, starting at 10 a.m. and will end on Thursday, July 7, 2011 where the 2nd and 1st prizes will be drawn between 11 a.m. and noon. The draw will be shown during the CTV Ottawa News at Noon between noon and 1 p.m. Prizes will be drawn from lowest value to highest value with a total prize value of $2,704,259. The deadline for Final Draw ticket sales is midnight Friday, June 17, 2011. Each winning ticket will be re-entered in the draw.
How do I know if I am a winner and how do I claim my prize?
Winners will be notified in writing by KPMG LLP as to what they have won and how to claim their prize. Visit our web site at www.weallwin.ca as of 5 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011 to find out if you are a winner. A list of winners will be printed in the Sunday, July 10, 2010 issue of the Ottawa Citizen and the Monday, July 11, issue of Le Droit.
Winners are asked to claim their prizes in a timely manner following notification. Prizes shall be secured for a period of one year from the date of the draw.
If I win one of the Early Bird Prizes, do I still qualify for the final draw?
Yes, all early bird prize winners qualify for the final draw.
Do I have a chance of winning more than one prize?
Yes, ticket holders have a chance of winning more than one prize. All tickets are returned to the drum after each draw, in the final draws.
If I win a prize do I have to accept it or can I substitute it for another item or cash?
No substitutions or cash alternatives will be permitted, except where stipulated. Prize values are based on retail values at the time of lottery license application. All winners agree to the use of their name and photo for publicity purposes by the The Ottawa Hospital Foundation and Children’s Hospital Foundation.

What happens if my cheque/credit card payment is not valid?
If your cheque is returned to us by the bank or your credit card transaction is not validated, KPMG will attempt to contact you in order to offer an opportunity to provide replacement payment within two business days. Any tickets issued will be considered invalid until replacement payment is received.
Is my lottery ticket tax deductible?
No, lottery tickets are not tax deductible.
Who oversees the draws?
The professional services firm of KPMG LLP oversee the drawing of the tickets and the integrity of the procedures.
How are the proceeds from the lottery used?
The Ottawa Hospital: Proceeds from the lottery are used for funding of equipment, research and ongoing capital investments at The Ottawa Hospital and Ottawa Hospital Research Institute. Some key projects supported by Lottery funds this year include, the Intensive Care Unit at the Civic Campus, the Emergency Department at the General Campus, a virtual reality lab at the Rehabilitation Centre and cancer research at the Ottawa Hospital Research Institute.
CHEO: Proceeds from the lottery are used for the purchase of equipment, to train staff, conduct research and improve the paediatric nature of the hospital.
Who may purchase tickets?
You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. The following individuals and their immediate families living at the same address are excluded from purchasing a ticket: The Ottawa Hospital Foundation and Children’s Hospital Foundation staff and board members; KPMG LLP partners and staff; and members of licensed gaming suppliers providing services to this program. The professional services firm of KPMG LLP ensures that all paid for tickets are in the draw.
Can I purchase a ticket if I live in the province of Quebec or anywhere outside of Ontario?
Yes, but you must be within the province of Ontario when you place your order regardless of how you place your order. If you are ordering online, you and your internet service provider must be located in Ontario.

Yes, you are still eligible for the draw provided the ticket has been paid for in full before the final deadline date. You do not need your ticket to claim your prize. Photo identification will be required.
